The following erratum is a correction to the article, “Fellow Selection Process” by Susan Gennaro and Juliann G. Sebastian (Nurs Outlook 2006;54:306-308). The correction appears in the section titled, “The initial review process”, p. 306.

The sentence that needs to be corrected currently reads as follows:

“After this orientation, the first step in the review process is that each member of the dyad or triad individually reviews and scores each application as: (1) meeting the criteria for admission; (2) not meeting the criteria for admission, or (3) somewhat equivocal, suggesting the application needs further discussion”.

This sentence should be corrected to read:

“After this orientation, the first step in the review process is that each member of the dyad or triad individually reviews and scores each application as: (1) meeting the criteria for admission; (2) somewhat equivocal, suggesting the application needs further discussion; or (3) not meeting the criteria for admission”.
